If you love pork and all the deliciousness it provides NOW is the time to order. By ordering a half or whole pig you can customize your cuts to your specifications i.e., you want skin on pork belly, smoked pork chops etc.  If you are looking for a specific cut let us know and we can walk you through ordering - the cut sheet is not set in stone just the most common cuts are listed for ease.  In addition to customizing your cuts ordering a half or whole animal saves you considerable $$$ versus buying by the cut.  If a whole pig is too much you can buy sausage and ground pork at wholesale pricing if you order at least 25lbs.  You may mix and match so long as you order 25lbs.
