Whole Lamb (Custom Order)

This includes 2 Legs of Lamb, Loin Chops or Loin Roasts; Rib Chops or Racks of Lamb; Cubed Meat, Ground Lamb or Shoulder Roasts; Shank, & Trim. Approximately 30 pounds. This can be butchered the way you want it, so it needs to be ordered in advance. The next date for processing is March 18th, get your order in as soon as possible so we can get your instructions.
